How to Access Your Downloadable Documents
Contracts, checklists, templates and studies are all ready to download from your member dashboard. Here's how.
Log In→
Dashboard→
Scroll to Downloadable Documents→
Click Download

Log In & Open Your Dashboard
Sign in at www.SelfStorageInvestmentClub.com, then click Dashboard in the top menu.
STEP 1 — click Dashboard in the navy menu bar

Scroll Down to Downloadable Documents
On your dashboard, scroll to My Products and find Downloadable Documents for your membership, then click View Product.
STEP 2 — open Downloadable Documents (Basic or Premium)

Download Your Files
Click Download All to grab everything at once, or use the download icon next to any single file you need.
STEP 3 — Download All, or download files one at a time
Tip: Files come in PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. "Download All" saves them together as a single zip folder — perfect for grabbing the full library in one click.
